The Personal Learning Coach (PLC) faces challenges with user confusion due to unclear navigation, error messages, and how to use suggested strategies. Overwhelming text content, inconsistent design elements, and a lack of intuitive guidance hinder user engagement and task completion. Additionally, the absence of an autosave feature and clear CTAs further complicates the user experience, making it difficult for users to navigate and benefit from the platform's educational offerings effectively.
